摘要: An array of monolithic wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs) with spatially varying gain peak and Fabry Perot is provided. Each VCSEL includes a lower distributed Bragg reflector (DBR), tuning/current spreading layer, structure comprising multiple quantum well (MQW) layer sandwiched between separate confinement heterostructure (SCH) an upper SCH layer.
