摘要: A disclosed surface-emitting laser element includes a lower DBR formed on substrate, an active layer the DBR, upper layer, wavelength-adjusting above and plurality of lasers configured to emit respective beams having different wavelengths by changing thickness layer. In element, one first film alternately layered GaInP GaAsP second GaAs, being changed partially removing each alternating layers corresponding films.
