摘要: In order to evaluate progress in preventive therapeutic strategies, and identify potential targets for improvement, it is essential assess changes the risk factors treatment of stroke over time. All strokes occurring within population Dijon, France (150,000 inhabitants), were prospectively ascertained from 1985 2004. Changes medications analyzed by subtypes. We recorded 725 lacunar infarcts (LI), 497 cardioembolic (CE) strokes, 2054 ischemic atheroma large arteries or other undetermined causes (OIS), 341 primary cerebral haemorrhages (PCH). Over 20years, prevalence hypercholesterolemia increased whatever subtype (p<0.01) whereas that diabetes only rose LI OIS stroke. The proportion patients on antiplatelet agents overall anticoagulants CE (p=0.01) PCH (p<0.01). antihypertensive (p=0.01). factor profile treatments showed divergent variations according considered. These modifications certainly reflect strategies management at risk.
