摘要: Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) of unknown aetiology. IBD is characterized by a relapsing activity with healthy phases (“remission”) intervening (“flare”). While some patients develop chronically active in which different degrees always present others go into complete clinical remission between episodes. The immunological causes responsible for the types behaviour unclear reasons development relapses unknown. From epidemiological studies it appears likely that genetic exist transfer susceptibility also type (clinical course, anatomic localisation inflammation).
