摘要: This study tested the relative validity and estimated calibration factors of a food-frequency questionnaire (FFQ) with 120 food items in 128 adults. We applied one FFQ three 24h recalls. Validity was by Bland-Altman method, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), classification quartile categorization, weighted kappa. Calibration were linear regression, recall intake as dependent variable values independent variable. underestimated nutrient when compared to recall. The energy-adjusted de-attenuated ICC ranged from 0.19 (zinc) 0.82 (calcium). 37% subjects classified same quartile, mean kappa 0.28 (zinc: 0.08; calcium: 0.49). highest 0.48 (calcium), 0.47 (potassium), 0.44 (carbohydrates), lowest 0.10 (retinol). showed satisfactory calibrated energy similar
