摘要: The emergence of antifungal drug resistance is inevitable. Here I discuss antibiotic in the context adaptive potential fungi and propose an approach to predicting evolution using experimental DNA sequences microbial populations. Prediction based on determination evolutionary at two levels, gene genome. At level gene, depends sequence space candidate genes defined by fitness effects all possible mutations combinations. genome, landscape interactions among alleles constituting genotype.
