摘要: Summary Human platelets contain a large amount of Ca2+-activated, phospholipid-dependent protein kinase (protein C). The activation this enzyme is initiated by unsaturated diacylglycerol which results from the thrombin-induced phosphatidylinositol hydrolysis. Protein C preferentially phosphorylates in vitro polypeptide having molecular weight about 40,000 (40K protein). This labelled rapidly stimulated thrombin as well exogenous phospholipase C, and formation always accompanies 40K phosphorylation. phosphorylation vivo induced selectively inhibited chlorpromazine dibucaine, are potent inhibitors for C. Thus, turnover provoked seems to serve transmembrane signal during platelet activation.
