摘要: The pronounced effect of extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffolds in supporting tissue regeneration is related mainly to their maintained 3D structure and bioactive components. These decellularized could be revitalized before grafting via adding stem cells, fibroblasts, or keratinocytes promote wound healing. We reviewed the online published literature last five years for studies that performed ECM revitalization discussed results these literature. Eighteen articles met search criteria. Twelve included cells acellular dermal (ADM), 3 were on small intestinal mucosa (SIS), one study was urinary bladder (UBM), amniotic membrane, both SIS ADM loaded constructs. believe that, chronic difficult-to-heal wounds, revitalizing would beneficial overcome defective host interaction. This belief still has verified by high quality randomised clinical trials, which are lacking
