摘要: Recently we have shown that sound stress enhances allergic airway inflammation in a combined murine model. In the current study investigated mediating factors and early kinetics of exacerbated inflammation. Stress significantly increased allergen induced as identified by leukocyte numbers BAL fluids. Eotaxin levels from stressed mice were higher 24 h after stress. No differences found for vascular or cellular adhesion molecule expression cytokine levels. Our data indicate effect on might be mediated chemoattractant eotaxin, while Th2 cytokines molecules seem not to differently regulated non-stressed mice.
