摘要: Objective To increase the awareness of this rare cause haematuria and to describe operative techniques available for its treatment. Patients methods The investigation treatment five patients with nutcracker syndrome have been reviewed. Results A new variant is described. Using a combination venolysis, Gortex graft renal vein interposition an anterior nephropexy, four has ceased improved in one. Conclusion which responds successfully surgical treatment. Successful does not appear be related lowering pressure.
