摘要: During evolution, organisms developed adaptative mechanisms to survive continuous aggressions from a variety of pathogens. Among these lines defence, many cellular proteins have been described modulate viral replication and are the subject intense study. This review will focus on IFITM (interferon induced transmembrane protein), family that act against particularly wide range viruses. We summarize our knowledge antiviral used by interfere with several viruses, more specifically HIV (human immunodeficiency virus).
