摘要: We present Red List assessments of threatened plants the Albany Centre Floristic Endemism in Eastern Cape province South Africa. evaluated status taxa using categories and criteria adopted by World Conservation Union (IUCN) 1994 updated 2001. In total, 126 are with extinction Centre, six now extinct. A further 22 listed as Data Deficient. past, agriculture has been a severe threat to survival rare species this part East- ern Cape; main threats continuing existence area illegal collecting, residential development urban growth.
