摘要: Abstract Dependence on the dose of beta radiation undoped and La-doped ZnB 2 O 4 powder samples at 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% 10% (by weight) was investigated by thermoluminescence technique. Powder were synthesized nitric acid method using starting oxides [zinc oxide (ZnO), boric (H 3 BO ) doped element (La )]. The characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD). (TL) properties measured with Riso TL/OSL DA-20 reader. TL glow curves obtained heating a constant rate 5 °C/s up to 450 °C. response exposed 90 Sr (40 mCi) in range from 143 mGy 60 Gy. Dose responses minimum detectable (MDD) values for increasing doses determined. all have shown quite linear radiation. MDD value sample which shows high temperature peak 207 °C determined as 4 mGy. 4% also 10 mGy, 50 mGy, 10 mGy 30 mGy, respectively. Luminescence intensities be likely used low doses.
