摘要: A Raman-based resection system and methods of operation thereof are disclosed. The method includes producing, via an ablation laser, interrogation electromagnetic radiation over a scanning point sample having been treated with Raman reporter, the laser illuminating at power level; acquiring, detector, signal indicative scattered photons emanating from following illumination; determining, processor, whether acquired is presence reporter in and/or upon point; and, responsive to determination point, ablate tissue wherein level sufficient tissue.
