摘要: There is a large and impressive body of evidence to suggest that the initial event in polypeptide-hormone- catecholamine-mediated cellular actions specific interaction hormone with recognition sites, i.e., receptors on cell surface. Although complex scheme biochemical events ultimately seen response administration may be affected by alterations at different points metabolic pathways involved, binding prerequisite all subsequent biological phenomena. Thus, understanding this key assumes great importance. That it importance becomes especially true light some instances, receptor itself, affinity concentration, an important determinant sensitivity action hormones (Roth et al., 1975).
