摘要: The common adverse reactions associated with diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (DTP) vaccination are less frequent severe acellular DTP (DTaP) vaccines than whole cell (DTwP) vaccines. Five key parameters have been identified whose prevalence through the first 48 hours following accurately characterise manifestations of DTaP DTwP reactogenicity: fever > 37.8 degrees C, moderate or fussiness, injection site redness, swelling, pain. For every vaccine evaluated, significantly reactogenicity has observed in comparison to Although there differences among frequency severity some reactions, these minor degree nature. both vaccines, local increase successive inoculations. safety now established infants receiving inoculations at 2,4 6 months age other 2 3 inoculation sequences below 1 year age, as well toddlers (1 olds), preschool children (4 olds) adults. increased purity should lead a reduction rare, serious vaccination.
