摘要: Objective. To evaluate the effect of maternally derived antibody on immunogenicity and reactogenicity acellular (DTaP) or whole-cell (DTP) pertussis vaccine with diphtheria tetanus toxoids combined. Methods. A total 2342 infants were randomized to receive one 13 DTaP 2 DTP vaccines at 2, 4, 6 months age. The correlation between preimmunization postimmunization after three doses relation adverse reactions first immunization modeled by linear regression. Results. After but not DTaP, higher levels preexisting associated substantial (28% 56%) reductions in subsequent response toxin (PT). For other antibodies, modest inverse correlations seen concentrations most responses (resulting 8% 18% antibody) for both DTaP. There was no consistent association any group levels. Conclusion. PT unlike DTP, is adversely affected PT. Inhibitory effects respect relatively modest. Our data suggest that use adults, which could confer women before pregnancy, would be unlikely affect among born mothers high
