摘要: Abstract Uniformly sized molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for bisphenol A (BPA) have been prepared using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a cross-linker and methacrylic acid, 2-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate or 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPY) functional monomer without use of monomer. The MIPs obtained BPA were evaluated mixture phosphate buffer (or water) acetonitrile only the mobile phase. Among prepared, that 4-VPY showed highest retentivity selectivity BPA. factor, which is defined ratio retention factors ( k ) on non-imprinted polymers, / , was 9.4 BPA-imprinted 4-VPY–co-EDMA while β-estradiol β-estradiol-imprinted 2.4. differences in between respective could be ascribable to number interaction sites. It plausible phenol groups interact with two pyridyl MIP by hydrogen bonding interactions, there one such site β-estradiol. Furthermore, results suggest hydrophobic interactions can play an important role recognition hydro-organic phase, seem useful when used
