摘要: Background The incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after kidney transplantation (KT) and the risk factors are still unknown in Korean patients. Determining need for appropriate DVT prophylaxis is difficult when considering low Asian population. The aim this study was to investigate occurring 3 months KT, occurrence pattern, patients. Methods Data from a total 393 patients who underwent KT November 2009 December 2012 were analyzed. Color duplex ultrasonography used diagnosis or screening all pre-operatively on post-operative days 7, 14, 28, 90. Results The cumulative 3-month 4.6%, there one symptomatic DVT. Patients with older than those without at time (52.8 vs. 44.6, p < 0.001). According univariate multivariate analysis, age identified as factor transplantation, whereas history did not reach statistical significance. There no deaths related pulmonary embolism. Conclusions Pharmacological necessary because patients, instead, we suggest that long-term mechanical least can be suitable option. 50 years have higher developing DVT, careful observation needed these
