摘要: We have found pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide antigens (Pn-ags) in most middle ear fluids (MEFs) of acute otitis media (AOM) with culturable pneumococci (Pn) and a part MEFs without Pn ( Luotonen et al. , 1981; Herva 1984); also some recurrent AOM Koskela 1984). To find out whether persist the fluid after thus maybe role prolongation or recurrence disease, we studied their occurrence initial secretory (SOM).
