摘要: Investigations into flux-pinning of Bi 2 Sr CaCu O 8+δ /Ag (Bi-2212/Ag) thick film conductors utilizing micron-sized (Sr,Ca) 14 Cu 24 41 and nanophase Al 3 Au particles are described. Addition defect delayed reduced formation 2212 c-axis texture, while improving quality by inhibiting Sr:Ca:Cu:O formation. Oxide defects were observed to rapidly coarsen in the melt, simultaneously with beneficial increase texture. Nanophase reacted ( < 4 min) 2212-type melts (Sr:Ca = 1.33-2.07) form solid-solution 6 Sr:Ca ratio close composition precursor matrix. improved J c (1 T) over range 20-30 K, e.g. (30 1 T)/J (5 0 T)=(<0.001), 0.005, 0.065 for 0%, 10% 46% molar addition, respectively. The addition or completely suppressed orientation processing temperatures tested.
