摘要: Coronary artery disease is a critical issue that requires physicians to consider appropriate treatment strategies, especially for elderly people who tend have several comorbidities, including diabetes mellitus (DM) and multivessel (MVD). Several studies been conducted comparing clinical outcomes between percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) bypass graft (CABG) in patients with DM MVD. However, were excluded those studies. Therefore, there are no comparisons of CABG PCI We compared all-cause mortality drug-eluting stents (DES) A total 483 (PCI; n = 256, CABG; n = 227) analyzed. The median follow-up period was 1356 days (interquartile range 810–1884). rate not significantly different DES groups. group had more complex lesions such as three-vessel or left main trunk lesion. Older age, hemodialysis, reduced LVEF associated increased long-term multivariable Cox regression analysis. the groups MVD single-center study.
