Localized odontalgia occurring during herpes zoster of the maxillary division of the fifth cranial nerve

摘要: Abstract We have presented a case in which severe pain of the right lateral maxillary incisor occurred association with herpes zoster ipsilateral nerve. The tooth was basically free disease, and remitted spontaneously following healing mucocutaneous eruptions. It is thought that odontalgia may be an unusual manifestation herpetic neuritis.
