摘要: This review focuses on recent findings the structural features of inhibitory NK cell receptors containing immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibition motif (ITIM) and activating receptors, both in human mouse. First, study killer immunoglobulin-like (KIR) unveiled presence intracytoplasmic ITIM their capacity to recruit protein tyrosine phosphatases such as SHP-1 vivo. A brief summary known targets may help us understand mediated by KIR. The characterization thus allowed definition a large group surface receptors. second part describes Most them require association with ITAM-containing polypeptides order mediate activation.
