摘要: Resonant tunneling structures [M. Bockrath, W. Liang, D. Bozovic, J. H. Hafner, C. B. Lieber, M. Tinkham, and Park, Science 291, 283 (2001)], formed between the junction of two single walled nanotubes conductive atomic force microscopy tip contact were investigated using current sensing microscopy. Oscillations in voltage characteristics measured at several positions nanotube. The oscillatory behavior is shown to follow a simple quantum mechanical model, dependent on energy separation well within junctions. Our model shows that these observations seen over hundreds nanometers, are possible only if scattering cross section defects small resulting long phase coherence length, effective mass carrier electrons small. We have calculated approximate conduction be 0.003me.
