摘要: The heart is one of the most important vital organs, and any malfunctioning its blood vessels may contribute to cardiovascular disorders. Diseases system represent common cause human morbidity mortality around globe. Thus, there always a need for innovative new therapies diagnostics In past decades, plethora tiny, endogenous, single- stranded RNA sequences called microRNAs (miRNAs) has been studied meticulously in development pathophysiology, providing dimension heart's biology. miRNAs posttranscriptional inhibit gene expression specific mRNA targets through Watson- Crick base pairing between miRNA "seed region" 3' untranslated regions (UTRs) target mRNAs. Better recognized as "master switches", are emerging regulators mammalian disease thus helpful understanding therapeutic variety this review, detailed discussion roles various pathophysiology with potential therapeutics considered.
