摘要: Using magnetic micro- and nanoparticles (beads) in microfluidic chips opens new perspectives for miniaturized applications analytical sciences. Four important application areas of particles systems are discussed. The first one is that manipulation living cells. latter can be labeled using beads specifically recognizing certain biomarkers on the cell surface. In this way, a well determined type cells separated out complex matrix. Magnetic also used as substrates nucleic acid assay allowing specific detection diagnosis. Immuno-assays represent another vast area particles. either mobile substrate assay, or particle play role label. Finally, last field we discuss use held flow catalytic applications.
