摘要: The problems associated with visual interpretation of coronary arteriograms have been well-documented. There is a need for more physiologic means assessing artery stenosis during routine arteriography. Volumetric blood flow assessed as function time can be valuable aid in the analysis functional significance arterial obstruction. A volumetric measurement technique was investigated swine animal model using phase matched temporal subtraction images. left anterior descending (LAD) models were instrumented an ultrasound probe (US) and vascular occluder producing stenosis. Contrast material injections (2-4 ml/sec 3 sec) made into ostium image acquisition. Phase-matched (DSA) images used to measure LAD. In addition, automatic estimation iodine calibration slope also investigated. 49 independent comparisons, mean (FPA) correlated extremely well US (FPA = 0.92US + 1.42 ml/min, r 0.99, standard error estimate (SEE) 4.32 ml/min). Further more, shown very accurate. conclusion, accurate measurements before onset significant changes due contrast injection.
