摘要: We have previously shown in animal models that enhanced segmental glycine release is produced by neuroaugmentation techniques commonly used to control pain humans. Our current hypothesis administered intrathecally reduces the response evoked hotplate analgesia meter method. Neuropathic rats created unilateral partial ligation of sciatic nerve were treated with intrathecal infusion glycine, strychnine, MK-801, or 5–7 DKA at 0.1 μmol for 2 hours a rate 10 μl/min. Time required limb withdrawal 42°C was significantly increased after administration but not altered specific receptor antagonist. Administration NMDA antagonist, blocked influence less obvious antagonistic from 5,7 DKA. results provide evidence and related compounds modify thermal hyperalgesia, may operate primarily through complex.
