摘要: It is known that thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) present in hypothalami, as well other cerebral areas and tissues including the gastrointestinal tract and, particularly, pancreas (1–7). In rats, islets of Langerhans are main source pancreatic TRH (6) it has been shown immunohistochemically localized especially marginal islet cells (8,9). The role not established (10), but to enhance arginine-induced glucagon release adult dog (11).
