摘要: TiO2/organically modified silane organic–inorganic hybrid films doped with different disperse red 1 contents are prepared by combining a low-temperature sol–gel method and spin-coating process. Effects of the content on third-order nonlinear planar waveguide properties also studied z-scan technique prism coupling technique. Results indicate that refractive index is negative, whose magnitude order 10−8 esu for measured samples. It suggested both thermal effect photoisomerization process contribute to optical jointly. found thickness decrease an increase temperature as independent variable. In addition to, absorption characterized UV–Visible spectroscopy. These results as-prepared promising candidates photonic applications.
