摘要: Abstract Characteristic absorption and photoluminescence (PL) of TiO 2 disperse red-19 (DR-19) composite have been investigated. Two step synthetic processes were employed to incorporate the DR-19 sol–gel. Firstly, urethane bonds between ( OH) 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane (ICPTES, N C O) fabricated (ICPDR) prior incorporation Secondary, hydrolysis ethoxy group from ICPDR condensation reaction silanol groups sol–gel performed by adding aged for several days at room temperature (ICPDRTiO ). There was no peak shift with increasing concentration in methanol. However, UV–visible band shifted toward red approximately 0.09 eV ICPDRTiO film, which indicated formation dimmer or more aggregates. The PL peaks red-shifted compared methanol (0.12 eV) film (0.09 eV). relatively large emission could be due fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) matrix.
