摘要: Abstract Holographic diffraction gratings have been obtained in Disperse Red 1 (DR1)-doped silica and ORganically MOdified SILanes thin films (ORMOSILs), produced by tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl isocyanate (ICPTEOS) as precursors for the sol–gel process. For DR1 + TEOS film, grating is associated to an irreversible bleaching of dye may be detected a Raman micro-spectroscopy mapping. based on ICPTEOS, transient phase created photoinduced birefringence. Two characteristic relaxation times birefringence measured.
