摘要: This paper presents a review of works devoted to studies on Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Syndrome (AIDS) dynamics through mathematical modeling. The analysis is performed over about hundred papers from 1989 the present day, distinguishing models according presence or absence variables such as infected T-lymphocytes immune effectors precursors, differentiation in uninfected T cells, cells viruses. also cites optimal control approaches topic some recent formulations terms differential game theory, aimed at predicting effects different dosage schedules drug combinations. For each group we describe significant underline their role dynamics. The survey proposes frequency table most commonly used parameters. Finally, building previous analysis, resume main features model should have order faithfully complex interactions between system HIV.
