摘要: Cells of the immune system communicate via formation receptor-containing adhesive junctions termed immunological synapses. Recently, retroviruses have been shown to subvert this process in order pass directly from infected uninfected cells. Such cell-cell viral dissemination appears function by triggering existing cellular pathways involved antigen presentation and T-cell communication. This mode spread has important consequences for both virus host cells terms pathogenesis resistance therapeutic intervention. review summarises current knowledge concerning virological synapses induced retroviruses.
