摘要: To realize materials synthesis and crystal growth in a large volume of high pressure apparatus the region 10 GPa, heater cell was developed for belt-type with bore diameter 32 mm. The consists cylindrical electrode made TiC powders located between pair graphite heaters disk shape. High temperature 1500 °C at nominal 9.7 GPa (9.35 corrected) successfully generated 1 h using cell. Synthesis stishovite performed conditions based on their calibrations. Experimental results suggest that above can be realized
