Job-Satisfaction in the Broader Framework of the Capability Approach**

摘要: Being one of the leading paradigms for analyzing human well-being, Capability Approach (CA) may serve as a frame reference job-satisfaction. The CA mainly argues (1) complementing information on job-satisfaction by more objective conception “valuable work” to avoid biases due adaptive preferences and (2) taking holistic perspective multidimensional work-situation while (3) emphasizing importance opportunities individual choice agency. Thereby provides new classical insights putting them into broader framework. This paper is but first tentative appreciation in this context.
