摘要: In a typical year and for any location in India, the lowest temperature of pavement can go up to 0 °C or below highest reach 70 above. During such changes, binder exhibits behaviour ranging from glassy material (at lower temperature) viscoelastic/non-Newtonian fluid higher temperature). The range change which is interest engineer transition between viscoelastic solid fluid. Two measurements are normally used quantifying they G′–G″ cross over point when tan δ independent frequency (Winter-Chambon criterion). These measures applicable has single relaxation time (typically constituent material). Since bitumen mixture several complex hydrocarbons each with different time, it natural that also dependent. This investigation will focus attention on determining dependence as well relationship frequency. An unmodified VG30 grade per IS73-2013 crumb rubber modified meeting CRMB 60 IS:15462-2004 were this investigation. To estimate solid–fluid temperature, domain tests performed 25–75 frequencies 50–1 Hz. All discussed study at two aging conditions, unaged short-term aged. Due dependent nature bitumen, not sharp case polymers but occurred gradually range. Contrary what one expected, modification process did drastically could see only 3 compared VG30. Aging proportionally shifted similar manner bitumen. It was clearly seen Winter-Chambon criterion met all binders investigated study.
