摘要: Solution-based processes for making thin film solar cells including CIGS are disclosed. A cell can have a conversion efficiency of 15% to 20% or greater. Processes include depositing various layers monomer and polymeric components on substrate converting the into photovoltaic absorber material. The stoichiometry metal atoms in be controlled targeted.
