摘要: In the measurement of hydroxyl (OH) concentrations in air using technique resonance fluorescence, it was established that presence ambient ozone led to significant interference. It is concluded this a result OH formation due laser‐induced dissociation ozone. A reduction power density excitation required reduce effect negligible level.
