摘要: Abstract The sacS gene controls the expression of 2 saccharolytic enzymes in Bacillus subtilis (sucrase and levansucrase). This paper describes a recombinant plasmid containing mutant allele, sacSc. was isolated from B. DNA bank established Escherichia coli. Moreover, it shown that sacSc placed on high-copy plasmid, is dominant over wild-type chromosomal sacS+ allele. result strongly suggests encodes positive regulatory protein.
