摘要: INTRODUCTION Zonisamide (ZNS) is a modern antiepileptic drug (AED) that distinguished from other AEDs by its unique structure and broad mechanistic profile. The pineal hormone melatonin involved in the regulation of reproductive function, including timing luteinizing (LH) surge. aim present work was to study protective effect against potential suppression impact ZNS on activity. MATERIAL AND METHODS Ninety adult albino male rats were allocated several groups treated with (10 mg/kg BW), (10, 20 50 BW) 10 plus or BW, respectively). Reproductive hormones (testosterone, LH follicle-stimulating (FSH)) levels measured animal serum.
