摘要: Abstract This paper examines the relationship between antidumping filings and macroeconomic factors. Real exchange rate fluctuations affect two criteria for dumping in opposite ways, making overall effect on ambiguous theory. Examining filing patterns of four major users AD law during 1980–98 period we find that real rates domestic GDP growth both have statistically significant impacts filings. Bilateral data indicate a one-standard deviation appreciation currency increases by 33%. We also fall 23%.
