摘要: Since the discovery of Nod factors (NFs) six years ago (Lerouge et al 1990), many studies have concentrated on role various rhizobial nod genes in control NF synthesis, diversity structures, and types responses that NFs elicit plants. As recent reviews been published this field (Schultze al., 1994; Spaink, 1995; Fellay van Rhijn Vanderleyden, Denarie 1996), we will simply discuss brief chapter a few topics which are particular interest to us either because they led better understanding molecular basis host specificity or open important perspectives. Due tight space limitation, referred preferentially reviews, rather than original papers.
