摘要: Many aspects of the genetic control mammalian embryogenesis cannot be extrapolated from other animals. Taking a forward approach, we have induced recessive mutations by treatment mice with ethylnitrosourea and identified 43 that affect early morphogenesis patterning, including 38 genes not been studied previously.
