摘要: The cooperative effect of laser surface texturing (LST) and double glow plasma alloying on tribological performance lubricated sliding contacts was investigated. A Nd:YAG used to generate microdimples steel surfaces. Dimples with the diameter 150 μm depth 30–35 distributed circumferentially disc surface. element Cr sputtered by technique. deep diffusion layer a thickness 30 high hardness HV900 formed in this alloy. Tribological experiments three types samples (smooth, + alloying) were conducted ring-on-disc tribometer simulate face seal. It is found that, comparison smooth surfaces, significantly reduce friction coefficient. Moreover, lower wear rate sample treated two techniques observed.
