摘要: A placebo-controlled, single-blind study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus strain L-92 (L-92) on symptoms Japanese cedar-pollen allergy. This carried out during 2002 and 2003 seasons cedar pollination. Twenty-three in-house volunteers were asked drink 100 ml heat-treated milk fermented with containing 5×1010 bacteria, twice a day, for 6 consecutive weeks. similar season 10 weeks, but daily dose bacteria 2×1010. significant improvement ocular symptom-medication score (SMS) observed in distress life 2003. These data show that oral intake not less than 2×1010 cells improved pollinosis, thereby contributing reduce concomitant medications. However, no blood parameter significantly affected these trials.
