摘要: The story of chaos-based or “chaotic” cryptography is remarkable, for several reasons. To begin with, it appeared outside conventional cryptography, first as an application chaos theory [56], and a short time later, also synchronization [58], property coupled chaotic oscillators studied in the framework communication techniques. approach exploits random-like properties orbits generated by iterations map [25, 48]. basic idea second very simple: mask message with signal use at receiver to filter out [15, 34]. For these reasons, has been mainly developed engineers physicists, generally not aware concepts standards used cryptographers. As consequence their proposals, mostly published journals physics engineering, are more often than lacking theoretical rigor, beside being cryptographically weak computationally inefficient. This partially explains that after almost two decades, still considered marginal phenomenon, although embodies better its competitor confusion diffusion principles put forward Shannon his foundational work [64].
