摘要: The surface properties of newly formed, isolated 1/16 mouse blastomeres have been analyzed over the 10–12 h period prior to their division 2/32 cells. Two populations cells are formed at 8- 16-cell transition and phenotypes vary with relative position within morula. Outer polar, relatively non-adhesive large; inner apolar, adhesive smaller. both outer stable during culture for 11 in isolation. However, can be induced change by combination a second cell, manner that is dependent upon identity cell. aggregated polar never flatten completely against each other, retain clearly defined phenotype 11–12 h. In aggregates two apolar cells, cell outlines lost as result intercellular flattening microvilli displaced away from areas contact. if subsequently separated an even distribution restored. most envelops completely. These results discussed context normal fate potential type
