摘要: A variety of Agents (viz : cytochalasin D, colcemid, D+ Ca2+-free medium, 7-ketocholesterol, cholesterol, concanavalin A, anti-embryonal carcinoma antiserum and tunicamycin) which modify the cell membrane and/or cytoskeleton were used to investigate molecular cellular basis intercellular intracellular components compaction analyse relationships between them. It was found that individual could be selectively dissociated from one another. Cell flattening close apposition most sensitive features affected by majority agents. Tight junctions did not form in absence apposition, however an apparently normal degree necessarily lead assembly these junctions. Polarization blastomeres, as assessed reorganization surface, component resistant experimental intervention since it occurred presence all agents used, though modified some The result are discussed terms events underlying polarization, tight junction formation well significance for blastocyst formation.
